Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product.

Return Instructions

Since we ship directly from China, all returns must be mailed back to our China warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

No-Return Refund (For Certain Products)

For certain product categories (e.g., small accessories, low-value items, some pet or small electronic products), if verified as defective, we may offer:

  • Full refund without return

  • Partial refund

  • Free replacement (depending on stock availability) Photos or videos may be required to support your claim.

Returnable Situations

You may request a return if:

  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect

  • The item arrived severely damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Buyer Pays Return Shipping (Non-Quality Issues)

If you wish to return an item for non-quality reasons (e.g., “no longer want it,” “not as expected,” “changed mind”), the buyer is responsible for the international return shipping cost back to our China warehouse.

International return shipping from the US/Canada can be expensive, so we encourage contacting customer support first. We may be able to offer a more flexible solution (e.g., partial refund).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Items without quality issues

  • Clearance items marked “Non-returnable”

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service to submit a return request

  2. Receive the return address and RMA number

  3. Ship the item back to our China warehouse and provide a tracking number

  4. Once received, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
